Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with our standard payment procedures. Bonus funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be forfeited.
Termination by ky4d: ky4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account immediately and without prior notice where:
Where an account is closed due to a proven breach of Terms, ky4d reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, remaining real-money balances will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method.
ky4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ky4d will notify registered Players via email and will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the Platform following the notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the change.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ky4d holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority.
